BATH MAT / DISH DRY MAT
I am losing my mind. Stay hot, fun, and sexy. š§”š
I have done the impossible I have successfully placed an order for a dish drying mat and a bathmat. Every time in the past when I would try to order these I would ultimately get caught up in Amazon's endless scroll and find myself with 20 tabs opens each to compare all the different sorts of products that are only slightly different from each of there other counterparts.
Whatās really funny is that the dish dry mat that I ordered was the first mat I saw when I tried to order these things last month, I originally didnāt order it because itās a 18x16 mat which is a bit awkward because it shoots a bit too far away from the sink into the kitchen āislandā which I believe I would find offensive ā which I am still worried about that because a 16x14 mat would actually be the perfect size but I could not find a reasonable product in that size aside from just random drying cloths which isnāt that much all different from what I have right now. So the 18x16 mat will hopefully be unobtrusive to the cooking area which I donāt think it will be if not something that I find slightly annoying when I pay too much attention to it.
The bath mat is the one that matters even less because right now there is a wooden slotted board in place of the bath mat that is quite frankly horrendous. When I stand on it I get itchy feet and it feels very uncomfortable, on top of it being uncomfortable it feels really bad to get out of the shower sopping wet and stand on wood that doesnāt really fucking do anything then if I just got out of the shower and stood on the floor because all the water is just soaking up underneath the wood so arguably having this wood alone is a worse option than having nothing because the water pools up and gets all gunky underneath the boards and is what I can only assume a breeding ground for bacteria and disease. So in addition to the dish dry mat I purchased a bath mat and I went for the cheapest thing that fit the dimensions I needed which was around 16x26 which the plan is to but the mat on top of the wooden slotted board thus fusing them together for what I can only assume will be the most comfortable experience ever since the bath mat will be elevated off the floor so it can dry a bit faster on itās own and will soak up all my shower water. One concern is how often I will need to wash that mat but we will cross that when we get there.
The more exciting thing is that I ordered those in less than 5 minutes it was a stroke of genius on my part, to be able to get in and out of Amazon that quickly is nothing short of amazing for someone like me who easily ends up āshoppingā for an hour or two and within that time I slowly make myself feel more and more insane to where I ruin my whole day because Iām so upset with myself for wasting all that time and not buying anything. So I am actually quite happy with that even if I end up hating these two mats at least right now I can feel slightly accomplished for ordering two things on amazon. Isnāt that kind of sick and twisted that I actually feel kinda good about myself for ordering shit on Amazon.
Oh I also ordered Draino lets fricking go.
